While every effort is made to deliver our valeting services to the highest standards and to the best of our ability, the Client is encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon completion of the service before making payment. This ensures all work has been completed according to the described standards and specifications.
If the Client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they should notify us immediately with details of the discrepancy. We will do our best to address and rectify the issue on the spot. We cannot accept responsibility for any omissions or discrepancies identified after we have departed from the Client’s premises.
For services performed when the Client is not present, any complaints should be made within 24 hours of the appointment. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in us being unable to rectify the matter.
All vehicles are cleaned and valeted at the Owner’s risk. If an engine clean is booked, the Client must read and agree to the disclaimer prior to proceeding. Child seats are the Client’s responsibility to refit; we are unable to do so under any circumstances.
DAMAGE DISCLAIMER
Dragon Detailers is not responsible for damage resulting from ill-fitting, loose, or faulty trim parts. We also cannot be liable for damage to electrical components such as sensors, switches, or circuits that may be worn, previously damaged, or affected by moisture, water ingress, or prior valets. This includes damage caused during deep cleaning of fixtures, vents, screens, or connections.
While every precaution will be taken to avoid such issues, please inform us of any known problems or vulnerabilities before we commence work.

We require access to water and electricity at the site to ensure we can perform our services efficiently and to the highest standard. How can I book a service?
Booking with us is simple and flexible. You can contact us via SMS, email, or phone call to schedule your appointment. Please provide details about your vehicle and the services you require, and we will confirm the appointment at your convenience. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable after the work is completed, either in cash or via bank transfer.

Service Duration and Pricing
Our full interior and exterior detailing services usually take around 4 hours, while a maintenance valet takes approximately 2 hours. Additional services may vary depending on the work required.
Booking Deposit and Payment Terms
To confirm your appointment, a 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or via bank transfer after the work is completed.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients and reschedule appointments accordingly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us within this timeframe.
Please note that cancellations made later than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
In the event of bad weather on the day of your appointment, we understand that circumstances can change. If weather conditions prevent us from performing the service safely or effectively, you will be offered the option to reschedule at a convenient time without any cancellation or rescheduling fees.
